 Callahan Auto Parts & Crains Auto Salvage in Dallas Texas is currently hiring an Energetic Super friendly personality remote Sales Representative!

Knowledge of Auto Parts and their location is a Plus but not necessary, we will train the person with the right attitude

• Answer Incoming Calls & Messages: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries promptly.
• Provide Pricing & Availability Information: Offer accurate pricing and availability of parts to customers.
• Sell Products: Actively sell as much as possible, meeting sales goals set by the company.
• Meet Sales Targets: Work to achieve weekly sales goals.
• Schedule Part Deliveries: Coordinate and schedule deliveries for purchased parts to customers.

•  Bilingual English - Advanced level
• Desktop computer (no laptops)
• Calm and quiet workspace
• Super friendly, charismatic and energetic personality. A People Person!
• Great Customer Service, patience towards our customers !
• Multitasking and answer a lot of phone calls at the same time.
• Medium-Advanced computer skills
• Have a webcam and headset
• 20Mbps download and 5Mbps load internet speed (speed test screenshot will be asked)

• 2 Days Off (Days rotate)
• 40 Hours Every Week
• Mondays - Fridays: 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 5 pm
• Saturdays: 8 am - 3 pm
• Sundays: OFF
• Two 30 min lunch break per day

• Training weeks paid at $2500 MXN per week
• Base Salary of $20,000 MXN ($10,000 MXN Every two weeks)
• Weekly commission bonus opportunity of $500, $1,000 $1,500, $2,000 or More !
• Training weeks paid at $2500 MXN per week

•  1 Week of vacations every year after 3 Months.
• 2 Weeks of vacations every year after 3 Years
• 3 Weeks of vacations every year after 5 Years
• 4 Weeks of vacations every year after 7 Years

•  6 Paid holidays every year (New Years Day, 5 de Febrero, Dia del trabajo, 16 de Septiembre, 20 de Noviembre, Christmas)
